The study aims at contributing in identifying the factors affecting sharing of knowledge administrative work environment, starting from realizing concept among administrators various sectors university, their opinions, attitudes, behaviors and practices towards depicting expected benefits university. It relied on descriptive approach using survey method, where an electronic questionnaire was distributed to a random sample within University. concluded that most influential demographic data Knowledge is employee’s years experience, more experience increases, will be. attributes this result trust its impact practice. cognitive type share modern information, processes procedures, social activities. also revealed pushes them positive relationships bind employee with other working university finding strong employees who have common jobs depending trusting others led increased sharing. Moreover, increases productivity supports innovation administrators, helps develop efficiency cooperation, colleagues find solutions problems university's organizational culture promotes teamwork. indicated relevant applications help are specialized training programs, teams groups practice same profession.
